  基本情况:

  李栋,男,博士,北京蛋白质组研究中心研究员、博士生导师,生物学网络课题组课题组长。第七批北京市优秀青年人才奖励对象,国际蛋白质组学核心期刊PROTEOMICS期刊编委。

  研究方向:

 主要从事蛋白质组生物信息学研究,致力于从生物医学大数据中进行知识的发现。承担国家精准医学、国家国际科技合作专项和国家自然科学基金等各类项目9项,首次整合多生物学证据进行高通量蛋白质相互作用数据的可靠性分析;建立国际上首个基于蛋白质网络预测信号通路的生物信息算法系统;首次揭示蛋白质相互作用网络拓扑上的“保守直径”现象和为进化上的“蛋白质成簇添加”现象提供模体层次的证据; 建立大规模组学数据可视化和分析软件平台,为国内外提供数据分析服务25000多次;对最大规模组织层次蛋白质网络——肝脏蛋白质相互作用网络进行研究。在Nature Communications, Molecular&Cellular Proteomics, Molecular Systems Biology和J Proteome Res等期刊发表第一/通讯作者(含并列)署名SCI论文19篇,累计影响因子110,发表其他署名SCI论文20篇,获国家科技进步创新团队奖等国家和省部级奖励5次,获软件著作权28项。
